Hi,
JIRA client does not receive the notifications sent. Messages are not received either in the inbox or in the spam folder. Emails sent directly from Outlook to this client's email are received successfully.
Requests and comments sent by this client are received in JIRA.
How to solve the problem?

Did you check that other clients from the same ticket receive message from jira?
Best way to solve that will be to reach Atlassian support (https://support.atlassian.com) and confirm with them that message from Jira was sent to client. With that knowledge you will know if message was sent (client issue with blocking some domains) or not (issue with your Jira or client account).
