The JIRA add-in for Outlook is not loading. When you go to re-add it, it looks like it is there.

The JIRA add-in for Outlook is not loading. When you go to re-add it, it looks like it is there.

When I press F12 to see what is happening I get the error:

User Not found for userContectID.

Any help would be appreciated.
