The Customer doesn't see his task (subtasks) link on JST-832593

Hi,

We resolved problem wenn i have task, but now i have same problem with subtask.

 

Youre idea dosn't work

  1. Go to SSD-3871
  2. On the top right you can see 3 dot.
  3. Click on the 3 dots and choose Move option
  4. Change the issue type to Emailed request and click Next
  5. Click Next on the confirmation page too

 

Pleas for yor help.

Hi @Davorin Kelenc 

Sub-Tasks are currently only visible to internal users (site admins, servicedesk staff) so customers are unable to view them in the customer portal even if they are the reporter.

There is a suggestion logged with Jira to resolve and is currently under investigation by Jira to be added as a feature in the future.
