Text in the summary field comes in the same color as the background.

Hey everyone I am new to the forums and community. recently my team has noticed an issue where users who email in will have their emailed in text show up as the same or almost the same color as the chosen background/theme for Jira. This is the case for Dark mode, Browser match, or the classic white theme. 

Its a minor nuisance but needing to highlight the text just to read it shouldn't necessarily be a feature, and its causing the team to get cranky.

I did some poking around in our personal jira settings, as well as the projects settings and I couldn't see anything related to the text color, or the <P> <span class = "fabric-text-color-mark" style="--custom-palette-color: data-text-custom-color= "#hexcode"> > data-text-custom-color="#hexcode" "text/charaters" </span>

I can see this when I inspect the page. and can manually edit the fields which work just fine for that section of the page while I have the dev console open. 

Wondering if anyone can share where to set/force a text color for a project in the Summary field type.
