TestRail results were duplicated in Jira ticket

Hi Guys,

I linked test cases of TestRail to Jira ticket. However, these test result were duplicated after I updated status of running from TestRail.

Has any guys experienced on this.

As I have not used TestRail before, thus I would recommend you to contact the 3rd party add-on vendor directly for support. This is not a out of the box component for Jira/JSM application from Atlassian.
