Hi @Mohd Shahfaisal , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. 

Are you using an app for testing? Please can you confirm if it's X-ray? Zephyr? Or another one? 

Normally I would advise in a case like this to check out the product documentation for the app, for troubleshooting help, or to open a ticket to the vendor.
