Not all of our users, but our most recent addition users can't get Office 365 to sync with Tempo. This forces them to enter all of their time manually. We've gone to our admin and they are unsure how to resolve. How does the admin go about granting permission.

Once we get the ticket a customer support agent will investigate the issue with you.
