When a user submits a ticket to our service desk with a table formatted with colors or merged cells, when the ticket is created, we notice that jira will not preserve all the formats.
We have enabled HTML email parsing and the description field is set as Wiki style render.
Are there any additional settings or is this a limitation that JSM wont be able to support all formatting aspects such as merged cells?
Is there any documentation on what JSM can support for table formatting?
