Table of Approvers within Approval proces

Hi there,

Maybe a newbee question but I JSM installed with an Approval proces. In order to get more reporting details we are wondering if there are any schemes (datamodels) available in which the tables where the Approvers are stored are described.

I did found :

servicedeskapi/request/{issueIdOrKey}/approval

But no details about the table in which the configured approvers we have defined can be found.

As Atlassian Cloud products are SaaS product no DB access is granted. There is no information on the data models used.

Thnx Marc for the reply.

I was trying to find out how to retrieve custom field value's regarding tickets which have a approval proces. I found a REST API method to do so.

Still new to it but learning.
