Hi,
Suddenly, I stopped getting email notifications from Jira Service Desk in my inbox.
I used to receive notifications for all the tickets where I was the Assignee or Request Participant, the changes like - changing the status of the ticket if anyone tagging me or anyone is leaving any comment on the ticket, along with if I make any changes in any ticket like assigning any ticket to anyone.
This is very crucial for me to get the notifications. Can anyone please help me here to fix this issue?
Thank you,
Nabanita Sen

I did not find any suppressions from our side in regards to your email account. As such I have created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-862461
Regards,
Andy

Hi @Nabanita Sen
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
If the notification scheme for your project is unchanged and only your email address is affected, its possible that your email address is blacklisted/added in suppression list due to hard bounce from your mail server due to some reason. In that case, the Jira Administrator for your instance needs to open a support case directly with Atlassian Support.
