Hi,
We've recently moved to Jira Cloud and using Microsoft OAuth instead of IMAP and users are reporting that emails are being deleted from the mailboxes.
I can't seem to find any setting to turn this off for OAuth and all the articles I've found are about POP and IMAP not OAuth.
Is anyone able to point me in the right direction?
I just had the same issue. And as the browser automatically OAuth approved with my personal work-email, all my e-mails from the past 10 days or so suddenly got deleted from mailbox and created in our Jira Service Desk project.
Cannot seem to get them back (I know, an unfortunate side-effect to not the real issue here...), but I cannot seem to change this delete-setting anywhere in Jira Cloud configs.
FYI the inbox we want to use, is a Shared Mailbox in MS365.
