Hi all, I am interested in implementing a standardized approach for granting permissions to users and groups within Jira projects, in accordance with best practices. Previous administrators did not adhere to established guidelines and simply added individual users and/or AD-synced security groups to projects. I want to use project roles and permission schemes going forward. However, given that some projects contain up to 14 pages of users and groups, I would appreciate any valuable insights regarding an effective action plan and where to begin this endeavor.
