Stange bug - Filters work, but unable to display the tickets

Hello,

I have been using JIRA for the past couple of months now, suddenly I am experiencing this strange bug where I cannot see the issues anymore. I have tried restarting my PC, logging out of my account, yet the issue still persists! Please help!

Dear @Rohan Rao ,

I recommend to try out following:

  1. reset your column configuration (click on columns drop-down) Just let display the issue key and retry. Then add more fields to display.
  2. reduce your filter step-by-step and retry. Remove query parts.
  3. Check out with an alternative browser.
