Hello,
I am presented with a banner stating "Your Jira Service Management special offer is ending soon. To avoid deactivation add payment details." for a couple of days now. We are currently on the Free Standard Plan and there were no changes made on our side on the subscription. We are using 2 user seats, so it should be covered with the free plan.
The next estimated bill for the subscription is USD 0.00, so I'm wondering why we need to add payment details for this? Is this by mistake or were any changes made on Atlassian side to ask users for that?
Btw, for other products like Jira and Confluence there are no such messages. The plan for them is set to "Free" (while being "Free Standard" for JSM).

Hi Christian - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I suspect you have done a free trial that is ending soon, but is not actually the Free plan. You would need to go to Settings > Billing then select Manage product for JSM, then change the plan and select Free.
