Spamfiler on incomming mails in servicedesk?

I am new on Jira

On our mailserver we have created a support@.. -mail alias

the hostingprovider sends a confirmation-mail to the destination, and I had expected that this mail would come as a serviceticket, but it do not.

Are there a spamfiler where it might be caught or..?
