We are running our software implementation projects in Jira Software Management.
When customers are live they are Service Management for day 2 day issues.
As per every quarter we do an elaborate release with multiple steps for both internals and externals. Many of the steps need to be performed on a specific date at a specific time.
Is there any functionality either default or app based that can handle all of these request.
Our Implementation Projects do have the same kind of urgency to being specific on time during the day, but when "being in Production" the need for a more tight operation is needed as a couple of people will be responsible of many customer task for various customers during a few days.
Any one that has come close to the above wishes?
