Smart value format date

I use this one -> {{issue.created.convertToTimeZone("America/Fortaleza").longDateTime}}

The result was March 20, 2023 at 4:37:41 PM BRT

But i want format pt-br as like: Março, 20, 2023 

How can i use format "pt-BR" ?

Unfortunately, I don't think you can use 'pt-BR'.

The following link provides the list of accepted values for the time zones (check the 'Canonical ID' column): 

https://joda-time.sourceforge.net/timezones.html

And search for 'Brazil' to try the ones that suit you.
