Hi! I am trying to integrate Jira into our Slack app and get updated from our internal tickets. I am on the Jira Cloud app and trying to figure out how to connect the Jira tickets there via a project, but I can’t figure it out. Any help would be much appreciated!

Welcome to the Atlassian community,

Im not haven't yet tried to integrate Jira cloud and Slack app but I think this documentation will help you how to set up the integration.
