Hi there,
We have some forms where we have custom fields that record a users name, i.e. when we are requesting access for someone for an app or location on the filer.
I need to display this in an email to the support team but I just show the account ID and not the users name.
I am not sure what to put in the .... customfield_1111.???? the show the 'linked' value that the custom field is referencing, in this instance it is the user name.
Thanks
Hey, @Steven Lees-Smith .
You can use the smartvalue: {{issue.customfield_XXXX.displayName}}
Then the Jira will show the complet name from the user present in the customfield.
See de guideline: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-issues/
Best,
Fernando
