Show times in the customer portal

Good morning community
I have a problem, I have been trying to show the estimated time or the time worked of the ticket in the customer portal (Here, photo), but I have not succeeded. Please your help, thank you very much

Hello,

This is not possible out of the box, you will need an app like the one we created - Advanced Portal Reports. It will allow you to show up to 5 fields on the ticket view, including time fields.
