I am creating a request for complaint in Jira Servicedesk for our customers to use.
In this request the customer must make a selection of products or components by ticking one or more checkboxes.
Each component have a serialnumber that is mandatory for us to receive already in the request and therefor I would like a required textfield to appear in the request based on the checkboxes ticked.
Is this possible?

Hi Emma,
You will have to install 'Extension for Jira Service Desk' add-on for this. You will have to create a new customized 'bundled' field then define that when this field is ticked another field appears. I can walk you thru this if the option of paying for the third party add-on is possible. If not - as far as I know Jira SD does not allow the option to hide/show fields.
