Can a customer share his screen in Jira Service Management?
Like in a Microsoft Teams meeting.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding something here. Does the customer want to show you how something works in the Portal? I don't understand why they can't share a screen, that's built in Teams/Zoom functionality to be able to share their browser screen. I can't see how JSM would be blocking that functionality. I've shared the portal screen multiple times to demonstrate how the portal works as an external customer.
