Hello everyone,
In our environment, clients can only raise Service Request issues. They are not allowed to create Change ones. Changes are created by our support team as a consequence of clients requests on the portal.
In that configuration, I want to make all the Changes created by our support team available for all our clients and clients organizations. But this behavior has to apply only for the Changes and not for the other types of JSM Issues.
Any idea on how to perform that?

@Cédric Cox You can have request types that are not available in the portal but the agents can create them. You can then add clients or client organizations (request participant or org) to them just like you would any other JSM issue and it would be available to them in the portal.
