Setup SLA per Request Type

Hi,

I would like to setup SLA based on Request type, but when I set the query, it can't work. Anybody can help me how to setup SLA per Request Type?

Will appreciate your answer.

Thank you.

I think you have a spelling mistake or the wrong type. (I tried it and it works for me)

Try the JQL first in the issue search, it's much easier to select the right issues. (There is also an Auto Complete 😉 )

Hi Sebastian,

Here are my Request Types. Do you have any suggestion about the Quesries I should type to setting SLA per Request Type?

Like Sebastian Salzburger likes this

try to create the JQL in Advanced issue search:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/what-is-advanced-searching-in-jira-cloud/
when I do that, a JQL looks something like this:

If the JQL returns results in the Advanced issue search, the JQL also works in the SLA.
(I assume that the Jira project has to be added to the request type, but I can't say for sure)
