I'm dividing our customers into different segments (eg.: A, B ...) and this is based on the domain they have.
FYI: The domain determines the organization's field in our automation.
I have set up different queues in JSD for following up on 'high prio' and 'lower prio' tickets. The query I use for the moment is based on that organization field.
Example (High Prio)
status = New AND resolution = Unresolved AND assignee in (EMPTY) AND Organizations in (X, Y)
Example (Low Prio)
Same as above but not in used.
This gives me what I want to achieve, but some domains like 'hotmail, gmail' and so on cannot be included. So I thought to add eg. 'domain name' to this filter or something but apparently, this is not possible.
So to be concrete...does anyone has suggestions to accomplish that certain tickets that are coming from certain organisations (and even certain reporters) are entering a specific queue?
