I am facing issues with setting SLA-s for different issue types
I have set up first-time response, and resolution time SLA-s defines goals and JQL, nevertheless, it applies to all issue types, which causes confusion.

From the screenshot that you have provided, I would expect all non-bug issue types regardless of priority to have a 24 hour time to resolution SLA. is this not the case? Can you please provide an example screenshot of an issue that has a different goal?
hi @Jack Brickey , I will have only 2 request types: Bugs and New Feature.
For the time being, I do not want to apply SLA the New Feature type

and I am not able to edit/delete the "all the rest issue types" line

You cannot delete the “all remaining” but you can clear the goal (24h) ant it will change to “no target”. So if you have all of your priorities covered in your previous goals for bug then you should be good to go just simply to clear out that all remaining goal.
