Set user default approver for Workflow approval


How I can set default approval for 1 user When the ticket created

I remember I can set default approver it. But when I change another approver I can't remember how to set default approvers...

Hi @Quang Vinh Lê and welcome to the community!

You'll have to verify on your workflow what field the approvers are being read from. Normally this is the default "Approvers" field but this could be changed on your workflow so just double check.

If you always want the same person to be set as approver you could edit that field and set a default value on it.

Another way might be to create an automation to set the approver after creation of your issue. This way you could have some more control based on what issuetype/fieldvalues/...

I got it. Many field old members create the same name Field is Approver. I select the wrong field.
