Session is getting expired for same user very frequently.

@Sarvesh Mishra Welcome to the Atlassian community

I see this often when the user is using incognito browsing all the time.  If they are doing this or clearing cache when they close the browser then the cookie will be removed that handles the session requiring them to login the next time they open their browser.

Hi @Sarvesh Mishra and welcome to the community,

Are you using Access and authentication policies? If yes, then read this article https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/edit-authentication-settings-and-members/ which states about the "Idle session duration". Perhaps this user belong to a policy with short idle session duration.
