Unfortunately I could not find the place where I can modify client filter on the lists.Of course, I found what needs to be changed, and I can modify JQL perfectly but I cannot changed the filter condition on the portal definitely. Could you help me anybody?
Thank You in advance
Hi @Röhling András,
Out of the box you are quite limited in regards to the filtering options in JSM, however my team created an app, called Advanced Portal Reports, with the help of which you can change the filter conditions on the portal, export files and many other things. We'll be glad if you check it out!
Cheers,
Denitsa
Hi @Röhling András , I do not understand your question. What does "client filter" refer to? Please provide more info and, if possible, screenshots of what you are referring to.

Hi @Jack Brickey ! Thank you for quick response. As you see, I would like to modify the below filter condition at the client side. Unfortunately I have found the perfect place in Jira Project settings but I cannot save the modification. Can I change it somewhere?

I think what you are trying to do is create a queue on the client side to view by organization or customers within an organization, yes?
Depending on your Project-level customer settings, the customer can see all tickets created by the customer as well as search for any tickets within their organization.
On the agent side, as you know, you can view customers within an organization as described here:
