Hello Team, 

I have connected both: [WhatsApp connecter for jira] and Facebook sender via Twilio account, I have two question:

1- How to configure the reporter field that is coming from [WhatsApp connecter for jira] to view the [WhatsApp number/name] only without the other details that are coming from the connecter.

2- What is Jira POST URl that should be included in "WHEN A MESSAGE COMES IN" for facebook messenger sender to raise a ticket in Jira service management project.
