Is is possible to do something like in a service desk form?
A selection is made from a drop down and check boxes elsewhere on the form are automatically selected.
Out of the box this capability is not available. You may want to check the marketplace for this feature.
The one thing you can do, is set a postfunction or automation rule that based on some selections the fields get populated, but this works after the ticket is submitted.
