Hi,
For one customer we have this specific Portal URL /
https://XXXXXXX.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/17
Nevertheless, if by mistake the customer types
https://XXXXXXX.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/, he can see names of other customers (companies that we have).
How can I restrict this access for the last URL?
Thank you very much!
Unfortunate on a standard plan of Atlassian, this is not an option.
If your company would upgrade to a premium plan then you will have this opportunity.
you can't restrict access to the help center, only to the project portals.
Even if you set the default help center the customer will still be able to access the other help centers. If he currently can see other projects there, you need to correct your project access permissions.
This is currently confusing and I think this should be corrected in the near future.

Hi @Mahdi CHIHAB
I believe you have created separate portals for separate customers. When a customer visits "https://XXXXXXX.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/" he/she will see all the portals they have access to.
Please check your customer permissions and only allow specific customers to access a single project.
Thanks,
Aditya
