We are new to this so I hope I can explain this as well as possible.
For our customer portal, when our clients are submitting an issue, we have enabled the HTML editor. However, during the initial process the HTML editor is missing the image upload capabilities.
However, once the customer creates the ticket during the Add a comment process, they can copy and paste images.
Is there a way to enable the Image option on the first form at all? I have read through and through and was not able to find any answers.
Would appreciate any help I can get.
