We like the simplicity of the Service Desk Widget. However, we're unable to use it, because it places itself over an existing chat button on our front page. We're unable to change the location of the chat button.
Is it possible to change the location of the Service Desk Widget to appear but on the lower right of a webpage?
Thanks, Jira Gurus.

Customization isn't possible at this time. There is a suggestion out there but not many interested parties just yet. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-8084
Thanks, Jack.
I am not after the actual customization, only after the placement of the form on the webpage. Does your answer stand?

To the best of my knowledge yes. That one suggestion references "location" as well though I agree that it is a small piece of the request. It might be worth clicking on feedback in your instance and provide your needs to Atlassian.

It would be useful placement customization. In my case, the widget is also placed on top of a button.

How do we add code to the service desk portal . Am getting the below response and I cannot see how to go about pasting of that code.
Embed widget
Copy this code onto your page to embed the widget. If you change the request type later, we’ll automatically update the widget.
