I see correspondence from 2018, but I can't find a quick answer to the question. Does anybody know how an urgent outlook ticket can get priority high as a Servicedesk ticket instead of medium?
This is not supported OOTB. There is a suggestion you can watch/vote but I am not optimistic that it will be addressed given the comments. JSDCLOUD-1393 . You might consider an addon, e.g. JETI or similar email handler app.
Thanks Jack. I see indeed. The answer is not very promising. We will have to think of another solution. In the meantime our team will have to adjust the priority themselfs.
