[Service Desk] Request Form contains configuration errors

Hi All, I have faced one problem following below picture.

When I access to service desk, it keep showing this error called 'Request Form contains configuration errors' how I can solve this problem? Please let us know smile

Most likely you don't have any component defined that can be used as a choice for the field "Which System". For details please refer to:
