Hi,
What is controlling the order of layout for the project being displayed in the Service Desk Portal? And how can I lock the order?
It seems the order of layout is changing randomly.
Below picture shows how the layout was changing in the Service Desk Portal from one day to the next.
Thanks for any input/clarification.

The order of the projects in the customer portal is by popularity and the sorting is cached. The cache timeout is 1 day, that's why the order may change from one day to another.
There is a feature request regarding the project's order in the portal:
