I have query regarding license cost associated with Service Desk .
From the link shared below , I understand cost is associated with per agent .
Query:
Do I need to buy license upfront or they can be charged based on rolling .
For example ,
Jan month had number active of agent 10 .
March month agent count increase to 15 , so I can add license and cost will be adjusted March onwards.
May month agent count reduced to 12 , so the cost will be adjusted to 12 agents may onwards .
Please confirm if my understandings are correct .

If you're in a monthly plan Atlassian "will simply charge the card on file for the number of users tied to each product, each month."
For cloud sites paid yearly I would suggest contacting Atlassian: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing
