Service Desk Help Field Wikicode for bullet points

Hi, 

I'm trying to format the text within the service desk help field. I know it accepts wikicode so I was expecting a * to work. However it hasn't and instead is just showing a star. 

This is what I'm trying:

\\ Please complete this form to complete your thoughts, ideas and requirements regarding the use of Confluence for; \\ \\ * Bla bla bullet 1 \\ * Bla bla bullet 2 \\ \\ Please note requirements gathering will close on the morning of Monday 27th November.

* test

** tester

-list item

The \\ works fine for a new line :)

I found both of these resources useful for anyone looking for something similar, I just can't get bullet points to work.

Hi Hollie,

I tried the following and it worked fine including adding spaces and the bullet points:

Please complete this form to complete your thoughts, ideas and requirements regarding the use of Confluence for;
* Bla bla bullet 1  
* Bla bla bullet 2

* test

** tester

In this example I didn't use the slashes for the line break and it formatted correctly.  Try that and see if it works for you in a similar manner.
