You can add the "Attachment" field to the request type form:
This will allow users to add an attachment when they create a service desk request.

doesn't matter I found out. The Attachment field was hidden in the Field Configuration.

I don't see the Attachment option in the "Add field" popup, is there another way to enable the attachments at the creation of the service desk?
