Service Desk Assignee Lists not loading in "All Open" Queue

In the JIRA Service Desk project, new tickets are created and by default are unassigned. When I try to assign an assignee to an unassigned ticket, the list of users doesn't load up. I have to open the ticket, the assign a user from with in the ticket details.

We have tried this in Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge with no luck at all...

Is this a bug?

to be clear nothing will show until you begin to type. is that not happening? if not, can you inspect other JSM projects? Also make sure that this is the system default assignee and not some custom field.

Ahh... Silly me.

This works perfectly well when I start to type. Thank you so much for the prompt response.
