Hello, I am new to JIRA platform and trying to understand the default group
jira-servicedesk-users
is actually for Agents or Customers?
Some features are disabled as i am Site Admin and trying to make myself as service desk agent. As site admin, it shows 1 user (myself) in JIRA service desk. Can somebody explain how it works?
Do i have to create my own group name: JIRA Server Desk Agents, add it to product?
