Hi Everyone,

I would like to inform that we have enhanced the "Send web request" action component in A4J (automation) to allow users to select the standard Jira format for the issue data. Now, the action component can send Issue data in “Issue data (Jira format)” (a standard format supported by Jira), Automation format, or Custom format. The sample JSON that it posts for different formats can be found in the below links.

Are there descriptions and/or guidance for the difference and use cases for the Automation and Jira formats (issue data)? Can’t find any relevant info after some relative in-depth searching. Thanks!
