I want to send out a summary email each week, containing the open tickets per user.
I've got the automation rule set up, and it works, however I get an email per ticket, so for every open ticket, this email gets sent.
Is it possible to set up an automation rule, which only sends out 1 email containing a summary?
(for the example i scheduled it to run every 5 minutes for testing purposes)
Thanks for your reply!
The config you've send me works, but unfortunately I'm still receiving an email per open ticket, so it hasn't solved my problem just yet...

Hello @Jordy Hermans
It depends on how you configured the automation. Normally, In my case the rule triggers one time and sends one email with the entire list.

Hi @Duc Thang TRAN ,
I did some more testing with your solution and I got it to work, thank you so much!
Kind regards,
