I have the following business requirement:
Customer C creates a ticket, the 2nd level wants to send the last comment (which is an open question) to an external Partner X. X receives a mail and does send an answer. This answer hast do be added to the issue as an internal (!) comment.
-> X can not send a mail to the mail request as this will be an external comment.
-> When X sends the mail to a Jira Software User and this user is forwarding the mail, it is attached as an internal comment - but it only works for HTML Mails. TXT Mails are being cut of as a forwarding ist detected.
How can I solve this? We can use the apps Scriptrunner, JMWE and of course the automation.
