Hi everyone,
I would like to inform that we have enhanced the "Send email" action component in A4J (automation) to allow users to select “All customers involved” as a group to send email to. This group includes “Reporter”, “Request participants” and customers (whose organization has been added to the issue and who have subscribed to issue notification).
