Segregate organizations so customers cannot see other organizations on the portal

Hi all,
I've been trying to find a solution on the community, but I don't seem to be able to find a definite answer.
I'm currently trying to setup my customer portal to support 100+ different customers (separated in organizations).
The issue I'm finding is any customer who have access on the portal can see any other customer raised issues. I've setup the customer permissions for them to be able to see only their own organization, but this doesn't seem to work.

Does anyone have any advice?
