Hi guys,
I'm a project admin for a service management project and I setup an automation to manage Security Level field.
Btw, even though security level appears on the screen,the field cant be edited.
Please help!

Please, check that user who perform the automation is able to set that security level in your automation rule.
In order to do that, please check user through the following screen in your automation
