Would like to know below details

1. Supports two factor authentication

2. User should have access to delete the information he posted

3. Is the tool GDPR compliant

4. Location can i select based on customer wise. To be precise would like to know data center in Europe, India, UAE, South East Asia and Australia.

5. Integration with Active directory

6. Data at rest - Encrypt

7. Need SOC Type II report

2. User / Customer can cancel a ticket but once the request is created, only Jira Administrator or Jira Project Administrator can delete the request.

Can someone provide scoop on data center location. Can i choose project wise or customer wise?

Have one team which serves globally. But customer data has to be located within the region.

Awaiting for quick update on this.
