We have Jira Service Management synced with our Azure (or Entra) Active Directory to allow users to authenticate with their MFA methods but one of our users does not have the ability to sign in with their Microsoft credentials. They do not even have the option to change how they sign in. Just an email address field and password fields. No one else in our business has this issue. Any ideas?
